Soulful Cajun Food Truck

Absolutely amazing food!

The food is soo good!!! I would consider moving here for this food truck! My boyfriend and I saw this food truck from the Tesla charging station. I saw on the sign that it was Cajun food and that they had gumbo so I insisted on running over. My boyfriend said he didn’t like gumbo and didn’t want anything. But let me tell you, once I made him try it, he practically ate the whole bowl. Of course we had to run back over to get something for him. He decided to get the roast beef and gravy po’ boy. He literally ate every last bit including the lettuce that fell out into the gravy drippings. It was just as fantastic as the gumbo! Wonderful place, definitely give it a try if you can!

Incredible food. Home made flavors and recipes. The gumbo is amazing. My girlfriend and I were just passing through and always love giving food trucks a try. This one is a home run!! The gumbo isn't overly powerful, it's just rich enough and has such a savory flavor. The roast beef sandwich we ordered was also really good. Unique flavors and spices. Very enjoyable stop. Give them a try! They were parked pretty close to the Tesla superchargers by the mall for us on the Friday we passed through.

This place is incredible. Fast service and delicious food

Food is amazing however we can never find them when we’re looking for them! At least twice we’ve gone to where their website and Google says they are (and says they’re open) and they’re not there. Would love to have updated locations to make them easier to find!
