“I got the 1/2 pound cheese burger with onion rings. The owner claimed it as the best burger in the county, well I haven't had others in the county but it was a great burger. And the red sauce I got to put on it was great, it ha a little zing, but just enough to add interest. The onion rings were cooked just right. I was very satisfied. Would recommend stopping here.”

“Love the food here. Highly recommend. I was driving across from Steamboat to Dinosaur National Monument. Feeling hungry I stopped for lunch at Craig. I was surprised to see a Thai restaurant in this some what remote town. I was very skeptical about it. But after eating standard American country food, fast food and Mexican food for days on the road, I really wanted to eat Thai. I took the chance and ordered Thai food. One of my best choice. The food was delicious. I ordered Pad Thai, green curry chicken and Thai iced team. All of them were at par with the better Thai restaurants I have dined at.”

Most tasty craft brews in town and the staff is super friendly. We were treated with the utmost kindness and even got to hear some live music during a locals jam session. “Ives tried brisket all over the country and even frequently smoke my own. This was hands down one of the best briskets I’ve ever had. Mac and Cheese was very flavorful and a little peppery which I like. Coleslaw rounded out the meal. Wish I didn’t live 1,000 miles away.”
