    So happy we found this place thanks to other reviews! Food was great, Staff were very friendly. No long wait and food came quickly. Fried cheese cake was a hit! Everything we had was very tasty. I would love to come back if I'm ever back on this side of the country

    Glad we stopped here - hard to find dining around 9 pm but we were glad we stopped - it was not very busy. We enjoyed some tasty beers - Red Ale was super good. A Cheddar & Bacon burger with a steak salad. Sarah was attentive and efficient. Not sure if happens every night but we appreciated the singing cook and the friendly guy that checked us in and seated us.

    We had a group and sat on the bar side. Everything is always so tasty, I love their real fruit cocktails 🍹 too (did not get a chance to take a picture). Stephanie and Tiffany never disappoint in service either.

    Mess Verde NP is great. Get a reservation for Long House. About a mile trek, part paved part gravel. 56 concrete steps. Well worth it. The two 15-foot ladders at the dwelling can be avoided.

    The waitress was nice but I believe they were understaffed. The food was good but not great. Nachos were barely warm and so was my beer. I think my side salad say's it all. It was there, it tasted fine, but in the end it was just adiquat and nothing special.

    I feel like we may have caught them on a bad night based on other reviews. It just wasn't the best meal to us.
