    Super good! The couple who run it raise the beef and pork themselves. The green chili is also homemade. Delicious! The burger was great and the green chili fries were awesome. Worth a stop!

    We have been purchasing beef from the Collins family for years now and their Food Truck does not disappoint. Good menu selections and fresh beef & pork raised locally here in Southeast Colorado.
