Ouray Brewery

Came in from Denver and got to sit in the really cool swing chairs at the bar. Dianne and Liz were such great hosts and so kind. Food was amazing, drinks were good as well. Thanks for making a lasting impression on our stay in Ouray!

Great food! I went around dinner time and there was a little wait outside but once we got seated everything went pretty fast. The waitress was nice and helpful. I got the bacon cheese burger with pepper jack on it and it was well cooked and had a nice big patty on it with great flavor. The fries were really good I just wish there was a little more but I was full after with the food I had. They did mess up our order and got one of the burgers wrong but they apologized and said the burger was on them which was nice and professional. Overall a great experience and I would go there again!

Our entire crew of 15 went here. The service was awesome, the food was seriously amazing. I felt so happy they were able to get us in with hardly a wait! A thunderstorm began after we had sat, and it was so cozy and lovely upstairs with the bustle of busy-ness and folks coming in to seek shelter from had rain. My burger was out of this world, and the rest of the folks in my family are mostly vegetarian and they too were beyond happy. I am back home in California now, but this place left such good vibes, i had to write a review.

Love the rooftop bar! The view was gorgeous! I tried their burger of the day, which was a creative take on a Hungry Man Dinner. Salisbury steak burger with mushrooms and gravy, and a fried Mac and cheese patty on top. The lavender lemonade cider was fantastic! Recommend checking this place out.

Well, it’s been a year of turmoil in this great country and many things have changed but the Ouray Brewery is still the best place to eat a hamburger that I know of! This was the fourth year we have enjoyed their rooftop and it won’t be the last.
