I love this place and the people who help run the place (Donna & Brandon)! High quality food with a small mountain town feel! Perfect place to stop by on the way to Mt.Princeton or Breckenridge!
After camping this is the place to come. We did not catch any fish or small game on our trip so upon reaching this humble establishment the alluring scent of burgers and fries made our mouths moist with anticipation. The service was timely and the staff were too friendly. Once our party received our meals we excavated them because ”digging in” would be a understatement. I clocked a quick 2:36 on the burger and another 1:04 to finish the fries. The plethora of emotions felt eating that wonderful burger contained feelings few men will experience in their lifetime. The ice cream following our meals allowed us to enhance the ecstasy brought on by the burgers and also drove us to take a nap in the parking lot before continuing our journey home. It saddens all of us that 5/5 is the max on this scale as we are better people spiritually after eating this amazing burger.
Our family stopped in on our way back to Denver. You can order your food and drinks at the bar, and pay, right when you walk in. So it's not long before you're enjoying your drinks on the patio. The kids had burgers my wife enjoyed the BLT and I had the pulled pork. The pulled pork was great, it had a nice crispy edges and I really enjoyed it with the coleslaw. They have beers on tap from South Park brewery.
Wow. I stopped here randomly driving across the country, and I’m so glad I did. Phenomenal food, incredible, friendly staff, great ambience. I feel as strongly about this place as I do about Johnny Dogs in Munising Michigan, and that’s saying something. I would go way out of May in the future to eat here.
