Dear Carl,
By the time you read this, we're already long gone. Don't even try to check the tapes.

Green chili is a big whatever.
Salad bowl is too small to contain the salad.
If you've had McDonald's fries then you already know what you're getting.
Burgers are good. It's fine. Hard to mess that up.
Staff is great and friendly.

I recommend that if you plan on writing a review, wear a disguise. We felt kind of weird knowing that Carl could be watching us, reading the dictionary, and prepping his response.

Anyways, we'll be back next season.

Everything was great (except maybe the way my head felt the next day). Wings are as good as I remember, service was great, whiskeys are excellent. They even did a nice job of ejecting a drunk bonehead without incident. People have mentioned the prices in a couple reviews...pretty standard for a decent place in a mountain town from what I found. If you like whiskey, go to the bar and put yourself in their hands. If you want a fun place with good food and drinks Carl's is a must visit when in Steamboat.

Had dinner with my wife and mother-in-law. Our waiter was awesome. And, the food was incredible. Highly recommend and when we are back in town will make this one of the go to places to visit and enjoy a great meal.

Never had a bad time, meal, or drinks here. Love it, always have. Wings are the best in town. Wait staff has never been anything but amazing. We make a point to ride our bikes here almost every weekend of the summer.

The food is incredible, they actually do burger the proper medium! Also, Emily is the most amazing bartender! And lastly, order the Signature Old Fashioned SMOKED from Cole, you will not regret it!
