“Well, first off let me reference this dining experience to a baseball game. I know what you're thinking, why compare it to baseball? Here's why: imagine hitting that perfect double. You've put in all the hard work to put yourself in a great situation, but come up a little short. Don't get me wrong, the menu had great options, but the lack luster flavor made my taste buds wanting more. It was visually stimulating, but came up short of flavor. The service staff was great and punctual, and made our experience great. I just wish the food matched its fun environment. On a good note; their cocktails were fun, and had cleaver names. “Bellied up to the bar on New Years Eve and was pleasantly surprised to see lots of the local folks here (always a good sign!). Lots of good vegetarian options, everything homemade...tomato soup was rich and creamy, the grilled cheese was served on homemade, crust-less bread and LOTS of cheese. Wait staff is friendly, attentive, entertaining and hustle to get food out while it’s hot. So awesome was our experience that we came back the next day for pork tacos. Thanks guys! And gals...we’ll be back in a couple of months.”

“Amazing subs! Came here in the summer on the way to our campsite. They were very accommodating with substations to make my meal dairy-free, etc! At the time, I had never eaten at a Cheba before so didn’t know what to expect but it was pretty busy so you might want to plan for a little of a wait. I’ve now since been to other Cheba Hut restaurants in Denver and didn’t get anywhere near as great of service as I got at this location.”

“This is a great place most of the year. You should not go for a holiday event, fixed price, pay ahead $120 a person, mandatory 20+% tip. This type of food is beyond current capability. Precooked, reheated food in some cases. Other items were well cooked. There after many other similarly priced holiday meal events in the area that are much better. -note- I mentioned: precooked, reheated. that can still be 'from scratch'”
