We had a great time celebrating my birthday ???? at Elm Restaurant New Canaan with what may have been the best meal of my life. My family ordered the huge delicious ???? Elm Burgers ???? with French fries while I had the fresh Maine lobster salad with home grown vegetables that’s absolutely spectacular. After paying our compliments to the chef, we lingered with huge cups of delicious coffee ☕️ and a fabulous dessert. Chocolate Ganache and Vanilla Bean Brûlée are delicious with coffee. We had a wonderful time and a fabulous birthday ???? party with excellent service. We are looking forward to returning to this wonderful Elm ???? Street restaurant. Just fabulous! Note: it was a cool ???? winter Wednesday but my sister and I had a great time at Elm Restaurant ordering our favorites, Tomato ???? Soup ???? with Parmesan and Grilled Cheese Brioches alongside homemade French fries????. Elm Restaurant won an award for best hamburger ???? in Connecticut. Note: Elm Restaurant nominated as Finalist Chef of The Year by the CT Restaurant Association.

Food was phenomenal, 9/10. Ambience is very nice, 8/10. Service, while very pleasant and courteous...was pretty slow. Food took quitet a while, but understandable as it was busy. But it also took a while to have plates cleared, and nione asked if we wanted additional drinks, etc. Not bad service by any means, but nothing more than adequate. 6/10

Absolutely perfect from cocktail to dessert. Service on point, the speed of food to guest was perfect, the food overall was simply delicious and the restaurant was CLEAN! Restrooms were very CLEAN too which is something I am a freak about! Staff was bright and alert, chef & management were both present and involved. Most inviting eatery on Elm St in my opinion! Will DEFINITELY be back! ????⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service was excellent. The staff was very attentive. The food was very good. I am giving it 4 stars because I think they are slightly over priced for what you get. But that's just my opinion. The smoked salmon was awesome.

Nice place for lunch / dinner especially for groups. Not very intimate / romantic so better for family & friends vs. a date. Staff very kind and welcoming. Great guac and chips. Great drinks. Food is fresh.
