EMBODY Fitness Gourmet

Eating clean on the go can be difficult sometimes. I recently opened a new salon on Main St.... which is about 1 minute walk away from Embody. I don't always have time to pack a clean lunch or snacks, so it's nice to have Embody right down the street when I need something clean and fresh.

Look, it's not cheap... but they use great fresh ingredients and you have control over the ingredients to some degree, if you want to make something lower carb or lower fat or just straight Paleo... whatever you are doing.

I haven't tried everything on the menu, but am happy with the shakes and juices I've had. I've had the spinach cobb salad as well and that was very good.

Again, if you are willing to pay a little extra to feel good about what you put in your body, then give Embody a try.

Tasty smoothies, only thing they need to add is how many Gs of sugar in each one, no one who works there knows.

I visit this location 2 sometimes 3 times a week. The problem is consistency. Each person has their own way of making the drinks. One day it will be good, the next day weak. They also need added staff during lunch time. Inventories are usually quite low. I really like the place, but for the money that is being charged, they could do much better.

Love this Place!!! Fresh pressed Juices with no hidden sugars. Everything on the menu is gluten free. I love the Go Salad most!! And the Staff is so kind. Must stop by and see yourself!! Highly recommend to everyone looking for a healthier lifestyle!! 5 Stars!!

I eat there all the time. It is excellent. Prices are reasonable. The food is always fresh. The space is pleasant. For a healthy, quick meal in New Canaan, this can't be beat.
