Ruby Tuesday

Food was good, but service left much to be desired. No beer on tap available (they said going on 3 weeks), martini tasted like water, had to ask for remake, received only 1 side with entree instead of 2 that were ordered, had to ask for second ordered side after meal delivered, and server had no idea what was ordered, no ketchup with fries and had to steal it from another table, bill was incorrect, charged for garden bar and not ordered. Waitress had extremely loud voice, other patrons were staring when we asked about correcting the bill.

My mom's hamburger was burnt on bottom. They got a new one to her quick. Gave us great service!

I had had the worst dining experience at a different location on 2 separate occasions. I won’t go into the issues (they were many) because in the end Kurt and Kimberly (GM and server ) seriously WOWED us! This location has an amazing stocked and fresh salad bar - no stench in the restaurant- and service with a smile! I didn’t think I’d ever try RT again after the previous experiences and it’s sad to have to travel 50 minutes away but that said I wouldn’t hesitate to come back! Burgers were cooked to perfection and over all a great dining experience! Thank you RT of Shelton for going above and beyond and exceeding my expectations!

Best Ruby Tuesday I've been to. Great salad bar. Attentive staff. Portions are a bit small but delicious. Floor under our table was dirty as previous customer left used napkins on the floor but that wasn't cleaned up. Some salad plates were dirty as well, but overall a good dining experience.
