Really good tacos and drinks. Tuesdays are Tacos nights all tacos only $2. And you must try the fish and chicken taco. Their shrimp taco is also a must try. Whitney was the best. Got there late and she accommodated us as the kitchen was soon to be closed. Great place

Very pleased with our visit. My wife and I had lunch after a walk around the river walk in Derby. The decor is amazing, loved the metal chairs and a charging port at each table? Genius! Our server Alex got to know us and had a real feel for the menu.

I ordered four tacos, my wife had the Caesar with steak skewers and we shared the goat cheese plantain appetizer. The food was fresh, well seasoned and delicious.

We ordered a variety of drinks including the margarita. Everything was tasty. Alex was amazing, he explained the food and drink selections. The owner came over as well to speak with us.

I’ve seen some complaints about the prices; they aren’t realistic. We dine all over including Fairfield county, the bill was far less than you would expect at a nice restaurant. We will definitely be coming back.

What an absolute fantastic find when we checked out Tacomida tonight. The restaurant is clean and very comfortable. It is decorated In a very upscale way. We ordered many different tacos and all were fantastic. They are well thought out with complex flavors much different than your cookie cutter taco places. We tried their Margaritas which tasted authentic and reminded us of being on vacation. Tacomida was easy to find and has lots of parking right around the corner from the front door. I can't wait to go back and try more of their great dishes! We'll also be there for Taco Tuesday and their fantastic happy hour from 4 to 6. Right in the middle of downtown Shelton, this restaurant should not be a secret!!

Our new taco spot!! My best friend and I have a standing weekly taco date and happened upon Tacomida a few weeks back. The happy hour deals are perfect and definitely make it so we can truly enjoy our taco Tuesdays. The tacos are on the smaller side but during happy hour they’re only $2 per so it is definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend this place to those in the area.
