“The owners are onsite #1, so that means they are always watching the quality of the food they have available. As you can see in the pictures it is a cafeteria style. You have a range of foods to choose from. As far as the hot food, you always get a protein,vegetables and a carb, plus choice of soup or salad for a reasonable price and quality food. I have come here many times even when I haven’t worked in the building when the DMV left quite some years ago. This is were I would have my breakfast or lunch knowing I can get a really good meal that has all food groups included. However , if a hot meal is not on your list they have a grill with burgers hotdogs BLT’S w/fries included or maybe you’d like a salad w/grilled chicken. The pictures I have taken speak for themselves. Great food, wonderful atmosphere, quite and relaxing where you can sit and eat your meal at your own speed. Since there is no lack of room. “Tiny place that you might miss - it'll be your loss! This cozy joint on Summer is one of the few places in Stamford that actually has character. The decor, while minimalist, is long on dark wood, giving the place exactly the right vibe you need to be able to focus on the person you're with (and that's a good thing!). The food is classic french bistro, and excellently done at that. The wine list is small, but excellent, with generous pours. When you add in the friendly staff who are more than happy to spend time with you (or not!), well, what more could you ask for?”

“Pappas pizza in downtown Stamford is a favourite from my childhood. It is the same taste as I remember from 40 years ago. The only difference is that now they serve more than one size and they sell slices. Oh and they put the pizza in a box now, they used to put the pie between two corrugated pie plates and into a paper bag. Small differences but the taste and smell bring me back to childhood each time I walk in.”

“I like Pearl East well enough for it to be my go to for Asian cuisine take out or eat in. The sushi could be colder. Servers and management are always pleasant. Wait time is minimal to be served. I'm determined to try every roll they have. Unfortunately, the Pearl East Roll was not good at all. I can't stress enough that it was awful. The other three in the top four were delicious. Like I said, determined to try them all.”
