Best pizza in Hartford, possible the best in the state. Perfect crust, great and unique styles, restaurant has nice ambiance. On my last visit (5/19) they were clearly short handed but Sarah R was still wonderful despite it being so hectic. Cent wait to come back.

I was skeptical about the pizza because I am a New Yorker and have a high standard. The pizza at The Blind Pig is consistently delicious. The pizza is thin crust, wood stove - with a variety of 'classic' and more eclectic toppings. I generally just order the classic red - the sauce is fantastic and they have the right amount of cheese and they finish the pie with a light touch of salt. I have also had the margherita, the mushroom, and the classic white. All of them are so good - consistently so. The arugula salad is a must have as well. Service is fast and friendly.

The Pup, Pints, and Pizza event at The Blind Pig is so much fun. Their food is always great as is the service. My server tonight couldn't have been better. Look for their special events; they do some really cool themed dinners. I need to go to try their happy hour menu and their Monday night tacos, which I'm sure are as great as their regular menu.

Immediately welcomed by manager & staff upon entering. Fun & friendly people. The atmosphere is simple but trendy, & offers a full bar. Craving a sangria- noticed none listed on drink menu. Bartender offered to make & it was delicious. Ordered meatball app & the bbq pork pizza- asked the sub out 2 of the toppings & request easily honored with no up charge. App. was the perfect size to share. Pizza arrived soon after. Very tasty & the Crust was cooked perfect. Left feeling happy & satisfied. Definitely plan a repeat visit!

We visited for lunch after touring the art museum around the corner. It was pleasantly active on a Sunday afternoon but not too crowded. There are a variety of unique pizzas on the menu plus a build-your-own option. I chose to customize one of the offerings and it was great. The pizzas are just right for one person--tasty crust and plentiful toppings. It smells so good when you walk in.
