Great chicken tacos! And while I got my meat-eater on when we went, there are excellent vegetarian options too. Supurb house salsa. The place is also beautifully decorated. It's a great space for a casual get-together with intimate friends.

Love the steak wrapped in bacon (always cooked perfect with mouth watering peppercorn gravy)...Also the rigatoni with the creamy pink sauce and chicken leaves me craving more every time! GREAT SERVICE. We go for all special events. This is a place that you can actually get a delicious meal unlike many restaurants that tend to think creative is serving a local fish with a local green and charging five star prices. Just because it's local doesn't mean it's creative or any thought process other then adding a little garlic and lemon juice . BORING!

Food was good.. Service was good. Prices average. Decor typical. No specials offer even though a poster stated hour.

The night we were here we didn't eat, we had drinks at the bar. The service is excellent, the tequila selection is amazing, and the margaritas are excellent. Everyone in the place was having a good time. Will definitely come back to try the food menu.

Good Mexican food and atmosphere in Hartford. One of the top restaurants in town with pleasant nachos. It’s Sunday morning in downtown Hartford on a cold day; I am told Agave serves breakfast late. My server is Ylis she is friendly and brings me fresh chips and salsa. I ordered the omelette of the day. Not sure what it is but I am hungry. Leas than 10 minutes later she brings a skillet full of a veggie and sausage omelette with bacon home fries. The omelette is huge, the fries are delicious. I could not finish this meal. The place is a typical Mexican place that starts filling up soon after I arrived.There is a bar as well. The atmosphere is family friendly. I recommend this restaurant for everyone.
