“So, I like to wait to give a review to make sure that I have assessed everything properly and fairly. Main and most important thing about any food place is the content itself, in this case, the bagels... They are A-1, top notch, New York style, excellent! I'm from the Midwest but I believe that anybody who does not sell a Salt Bagel can't be considered a legit Bagel purveyor. Fancy Bagels sells s Salt Bagels, which to me are one of the greatest food Delights on Earth. Also, the Everything bagel to me, is the Hallmark of a good bagel shop. Well, it is top-notch also. We've gotten lunch Bagel sandwiches there a few times, and the breakfast sandwiches, The BLT Bagel sandwiches, and the Nova Lox sandwich on an everything bagel, are scrumptious. The people have seen me a few times and are helpful, especially because I know a very good customer of theirs. Having scanned some of the 1 and 2 Star reviews, I will say that some of the people on the phone can be a little bit short or moderately rude, which in a certain sense gives the place a little bit of character but I understand how that could put people off. It's also bc they are super-busy, and have not time for chit-chat. All in all, this place is great and is a super find if you are looking for a real legit, New York style bagel. 👊👏”

If this franchiser wants to charge for it, I'm OK with that -- but at the price of the cup you fill? $1.50 for a cup of ice? I won't be coming back here again.”

“I chose KETTLE BAGELS for my birthday breakfast and was NOT disappointed! The staff was amazingly friendly ( and adorable) as they wished me a HB ( along with offering me a special treat). There was much to choose from ( I will try the FRENCH TOAST bagel next) . Their menu goes beyond bagels and offers lunch meals. They gave me samples of the smears to try- all delicious! The atmosphere was clean and spacious- no one crowding you... the coffee prep area was clean and offered a variety of choices. I will def be going back!! U MUST TRY THIS PLACE!!!”

“I'm leaving 5 stars because a few staff members and manager Chrissy really really helped me I purchase a gift card for a friend in the beginning of December through the drive-through, I was given a gift card that was not activated of course did not know that until after Christmas when card was attempted to be used and decline!! , I called Dunkin donuts right away they took down my information and stayed in contact with me!! ☆☆☆☆☆ until I was able to speak with the manager Chrissy, she resolved the problem as fast as she possibly could and gave me my gift card that was activated thank you for being so proactive and thank you for all your efforts - kim”

“Normally not bad.. But today i ordered an xtra lrg coffee and the associate put in the measurements for a large coffee.. Im sorry but if you dont know your measurements... I.e... A small is 2.. Medium is 3.. Large is 4 and xtra large is 5... That you have no buiness making coffee... Im hoping her manager just doesnt realize that she doesn't know that this person doesnt know what they're doing.. Or honestly it doesmt speak to high of the manager..if things dont change I'll only go to this location on night shift.. Only time Ive NEVER had an issue....
