“This is one of the best Italian restaurants I know. I went there to celebrate my birthday with my family. We had a table of 8 and right away they were able to provide a table. Anytime I've been there I've never had to wait to be seated, they are quick to make you feel welcomed and serve. All the waiters have there hair slick back I noticed which adds some authentic Italian style to the restaurant, unless that just by coincidence. I always try to find something new to try but it's hard to resist there chicken Parmesan. Every time I go, everything always tastes fresh and there garlic knots are to die for. I only go when I want to treat myself since it's a little pricey but it's worth the price to dine with fancy and fresh food.”

“I LOVE this place. The waitstaff are super nice, and the food is consistently good. I like the red and green curries, the thom yum soup, the pad Thai, the Thai iced tea, the spring rolls, etc. It's not too expensive and they have some lunch specials during the week that make it even better of a deal. I go here once every few weeks. Good for dates or bringing groups for birthday parties and such (I'm pretty sure it's BYOB)”

“Wonderful experience. All you have to do is peek into the open kitchen to see that the chef and his crew take their profession seriously. They also take bourbon seriously. They offer flights of 1 oz. bourbons. Amazing! Unfortunately, the music sort of stopped when I saw bread on the menu, for $5. This really cheapens an otherwise perfect experience. I have eaten at some of the best restaurants in NYC and have never, ever, been charged for bread. Even when it is baked fresh for the table. That being said, the food was excellent. The butternut squash soup was amazing! Our salad was fresh and seasonal. My kids loved their burgers and my steak was delicious. Perfectly cooked to my liking and hand delivered by the friendly, passionate chef. Overall a great experience, but the bread should be included.”

Service was also not great- we were never given waters and our waiter wasn't really attentive. They were super busy though, might have had something to do with it. Otherwise nice place.”

“Got a notification on my phone from Google Maps that I should try this place. Ended up going with a co-worker and wasn't disappointed. Got the Barlow with Cheese Bacon Tons and Avery soda and it was delicious. Great location and atmosphere. The place has a wheelchair accessible entrance and seating, not sure about the bathroom since I didn't need to use it. Can't wait to go back!”

“Despite my experience, I would recommend any foodie to try it once. Quality of tofu deserves a special mention, it was so soft that it possibly could have been super fresh. Hot was not Hot enough, at least for me. Maybe I was expecting too much from Americanized version of Tibetan food. Maybe I went in with the expectation of Indianized version of Tibetan food. Could be possible that I was literally the last guest entering around 7:45 PM which is 45 mins before closing time. It was worth a try once. If they were not in a hurry to start closing the restaurant at 8 PM, they could have served better food. Glad I tried. Maybe I'll try once more at an earlier time.”

Had a cheese steak and a chicken wrap and the best part is we ordered on grub hub at 1120pm and they closed at 1130pm, now anyone could be skeptical about the order considering it’s so close to closing time and sometimes things get rushed and don’t do a good job around that time but NOT with these guys and gals. “My boyfriend and I are regulars- last night we got to dine outside and had a wonderful experience with Frankie! She was funny and engaging, and she helped us save a dog that was wandering without a leash near traffic. When I was able to grab him, she came right over with some bacon and water for him- I hope she didn’t get in any trouble with management! She chose her values of loving animals and veganism and put them into action at work. ION should be proud to have made such a hire! Just one of the many reasons it’s my favorite restaurant ❤️”

I wish I could try everything on the menu at one sitting, but I go with my favorite thing they have, prawns.The Orchard Crispy Shrimp to be exact. This is like having dessert for dinner! Shrimp and melon, how do you beat it? It's sweet and delicious. The Six Hour Cantonese Pork Shoulder has to be the most tender pork I have ever had! Can I say you don't need teeth? Ok, that might be weird, but it really is amazing! And this is why I want everything on the menu here, you can't beat the way they make everything here.”

“Food and drinks were amazing. Everything came out hot and the drinks all tasted.great. Our sever unfortunately was rude and condescending the entire night. We went as a group from work and he was nasty to the one gentleman in our group who has autism for not understanding how to order a drink exactly and consistently brought him the wrong drinks. He cleared plates without asking same with drinks. All around he was just arrogant and rude and did his best to try and ruin our evening but thankfully it didn't.”
