Hands down one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The service was stellar, the lager was amazing, the burger was out of this world, and the dessert was the perfect finish. This was easily one of my favorite dining experiences. If you're in the area check this place out!

Nice industrial chic atmosphere. Different from anything I've seen before. It's not much of a brewery tho. More of a high end restaurant that happens to have 3 beers brewed on site.

First time checking it out yesterday and it was awesome. Hard to find a place that has great everything. You either get good food or good service, but here everything was great. I highly recommend it. Our server was very friendly and the food was delicious. Will definitely go back.

We randomly drove by and decided to stop. Extremely surprised at how good the service was. The staff was very attentive and beyond that the food was absolutely phenomenal. It was so good I had to write my first review. Give it a chance, you won’t be disappointed.

It is hard to believe that this elegant brewery and restaurant is housed in what was Jet Cleaners! for decades. We were happy we gave it a try. The food is delicious. Many of the ingredients are locally sourced. The staff is attentive and personable. The space is fun; you can watch the pizzas being fired up, quite the show even from the other side of the room. Whether you want drinks and small plates, pizza, or dinner you can find something new and exciting here. Drinks include beer brewed on site, organic wine, and signature cocktails. Prices are in line with other fine New Haven establishments. There is no big sign on the outside, and NOLO has only been open for a short while, but word has gotten out that this is a great place. You might want to make a reservation if you want to have dinner.
