Terrific food. Terrific atmosphere. Wait staff is kind, courteous - first class people

First time ever to Longhorn. The place looked nice inside. We were seated right away. I order the $26 18oz Outlaw Rib-eye med-rare. The steak arrived after a while and it looked great. Surprise, mostly gristle and fat. I’m guessing I ate about 4oz of meat the rest was garbage. We took a pass on desserts. We told the waitress the steak was lousy. The manager arrived and adjusted the bill and threw in the dessert we didn’t want. I would have rather had a good meal instead. The sides were average at best. The sweet potato and Mac & cheese. We won’t be going back. Ever!

Eat here with a friend about twice a month, and the food is generally very good. Tonight was the first exception to that, but it’s also the night that I learned how excellent the service is. Adam, the manager, truly went above and beyond to make things right, and I will most definitely be returning to continue having an overall wonderful dining experience!

What an amazing local restaurant! The service was great as was the food. Antipasto appetizer was a great start. Everything was fresh, the food was hot and quick. Dessert was delish

I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience with this chain. Tonight was great service, and a perfectly cooked steak. Started with the loaded potato soup, and had the ribeye for the main course with cream spinach. A very nice relaxing atmosphere with perfect service, and excellent food. What more could I ask for...
