“Lobster Roll ( Connecticut) with fries and Clam strips with fries, absolutely wonderful. Flavored perfectly. There is no need to add anything ( salt/pepper). Fries were seasoned with a secret seasoning that was out of this world. The lobster roll had the perfect amount of claw meat. The clam strops were tender and cooked perfectly. The employee that took our order was very nice and friendly. 100 percent recommended.”

“Great food and service. It was expensive, but we expected to pay a premium for the experience. The beef wellington, scallops, crab cake, salmon, and brussel sprouts were all excellent. They had a good beer list, including a few local craft beers.”

“Absolutely love Wahlburgers. I've been to Myrtle Beach, Atlantic City and now Foxwoods! My only complaint was that our server couldn't wait for us to leave. Never asked if we wanted more drinks or dessert and was hardly ever around. I understand people may be having a bad day but maybe they could of asked their team for help? Nevertheless, best food ever at a Wahlburgers, I wish they'd come to Albany NY!”

“I don't think I've ever left a public review for a diner/restaurant, but I need to share a few thoughts about this little gem. My love and I had spent the prior day at Mohegan Sun, and decided to spend the afternoon in Mystic before taking the ferry back to Long Island. We had been in the mood for a real breakfast - comfort diner food - after several nice meals at the casino. We literally drove past The Salty Heifer, I asked if she'd noticed the sign, she said she was about to say the same, so we pulled in about 1:20, and saw they were closing at 2. Evidently we had just missed the ribbon cutting ceremony, but the universe made sure we were there in time to eat. We asked if we still had time to eat, they led us to the tables, and not once was there a hint of being rushed. (Trust me. Not all NYers like to rush. This was a welcome pace.) We couldn't decide on eggs or pancakes, so we split our orders, (which we often do, and highly recommend). We had to try the Salty Heifer Breakfast - could've stopped there. But couldn't. Also got a veggie omelet. Sara was the ultimate waitress, and offered us fresh fruit cup instead of a second potatoes, since one came with the SH Breakfast. All eggs were perfectly done - the omelet and the eggs over medium. The fruit, ( w/ salmon colored watermelon!), sausages and perfectly thin and crisp bacon were pure comfort. And the pancakes... and coffee... yeah, you get the idea. Everything was farm-to-table, and some of the freshest ingredients we'd tasted. When she realized we enjoyed the food and its sources, Sara gave us the history of everything on our plates, all without ever interrupting our meal. It all just felt like a home away from home. Yeah I'm gushing a bit, but we're from NY - we have our fair share of diners. But The Salty Heifer is a place we would frequent regularly. So, while we are telling all our friends, and making this a stop on their trips to casinos or Mystic, we need all of you who live close enough, to make sure this place thrives so it's there every time we return. Oh, I said we were on our way to Mystic I'd always wanted a slice of Mystic Pizza, from the movie. But Sara told us about the ice cream, so we had that in the car and bought blueberry pound cake for the ferry. Needless to say, we were too full from our brunch for any slice - and would do it all again.”

“Me and my husband have been waiting for this place to open because the sandwiches seemed really good. We visited today and loved everything we got! The food is really fresh and everything tasted awesome. I'm excited to try one of the build your own bowls in the future. I would recommend visiting if you're passing by!”

“Nice place though it seems kind of exposed in area with bigs glass windows, doesn't make for any type of intimate drink having. There was a patron who was quite intoxicated and the staff did nothing. Also one of the bartenders wasn't being very attentive. Otherwise a good looking establishment.”

“Absolutely phenomenal museum. Was very impressed with thoughtfulness of museum layout, exhibits and sheer volume of information that was carefully detailed for visitors. Went with kids so wasn’t able to read everything but already went to go back alone just to hit it all! Could easily spend all day here.”

“The buffet is open again. It has been renamed Rain maker buffet and you will not recognize the place! It is bright and airy with a modern look that matches the Atrium bar. Being brand new, everything is clean and spotless. I think the workers are happy to be back. Everyone was friendly. You have open areas that can see back to the kitchens...little glimpses. I had breakfast. The omelette was the best I've had in a long time. They must cook in butter, lots of fillings to add in. I love hash browns and they had the delicious shredded potatoes. Everything you would expect for a breakfast buffet and, desserts are yummy. I had some type of flaky pastry with chocolate. It was flaky! For a first visit I only complaint is the chairs do not slide on the carpet smoothly but this first meal makes me want to go for lunch or dinner in the future.”

“Staff was welcoming enough. We reached almost at their closing time at night, 9pm, but they still attended with whatever they had left with. Chicken was good, but fried rice was not that great but eatable. Reasonable price for meals.”

“We had a great experience here. The design and atmosphere is beautiful and makes you feel like your eating in the home of a mansion. We sat right under a gorgeous chandelier. Our waitress was kind and made us feel comfortable. When there was a drink we didn't like, she let us change it. I had the Ultimate Veggie Burger. It had a crunch with creaminess. It was delicious. My partner had NY Strip with mash potatoes. They placed the mushroom sauce on the side. They sang happy birthday and gave a whipe cream shot. I would recommend this place.”

“Kind of expensive. 2 pepperoni and a fountain drink for 11 bucks! But the slices were good. The cheese slices and the pepperoni continuously keeps coming out of oven. And they are open late unlike most food establishments in the casino that often close earlier.”

“We ate here right before a show and it was really good .You order your food, pay and then go wait for your number to be called. You put on your own fixings to a sandwich and make it exactly how you like it. The chicken sandwich was very tasty and I really enjoyed the fresh fixings you can put on top. After I had one of their rice krispie treats and wow it was literally the best I've ever had. My boyfriend after his meal said" this is a total redo place".”

“After a sub par meal over on the bar side last year left a bad taste in our mouths, we decided to try out the dining room, to see if it was any better. Jon was an attentive and efficient server. Prime rib was cooked perfectly. The meal definitely made up for last time. Would go back but will never sit on the bar side again. Much better experience in the dining room.”

“Our "go to" for local Chinese. Every once in a while we will get a burnt egg roll, but for the most part we get consistently good and fresh Chinese here! The lady that works the counter is delightful. I always look forward to seeing her happy face :) Good luck!”

“Have dined here many times both dine in and take away. Great pizza and addictive garlic knots. One of the best pizza options in the area.”

“Two years on and Village Pizza is still my favorite. It’s our go-to when we don’t feel like cooking. The pizza is consistently fantastic. The burgers are fresh and filling. The french fries are always crisp. The Greek dishes are authentic and full of flavor. The salads are bountiful, filled with fresh delicious ingredients and topped with great dressings. On top of all that, the service is exceptional (the owners are friendly and helpful) and the restaurant is always clean and tidy. This is a great place with fantastic food. Highly recommended.”

“Food is always fresh & really good, quick service, never disappointed. Chicken broccoli lunch is my favorite! Basic pork fried rice but its always fresh, not sitting all day like other places!”
