Lighthouse Inn

I went to a buffet luncheon on Sunday. There were 300 people honoring a person with a disability. The Lighthouse Inn did an outstanding job getting the food displayed & served. The staff was very helpful & accommodating. It was a well managed event.

So thrilled to have it back open - and with amazing food! We are incredibly privileged to live nearby. I grew up coming here and just brought my daughter for her first experience. Service was excellent, the food came out quickly and all 7 of us had excellent meals and appetizers. Our kid was even eating handfuls of clams linguini. Great vibe, very laid back and friendly with delicious food. Looking forward to seeing how they continue to grow! We came early at 5:30pm because we had a kid with us and it was still starting to get very busy by the time we left. Definitely a destination spot in New London already.

Must have been an off night. Very hot in the restaurant and very slow service. Both my burger and the calamari were over cooked. in our party of 4 , we both thought the food was average or a little below. We want this place to succeed as both my husband and I have fond memories of the Inn. Keep refining the food as the atmosphere is beautiful. We will give it another try and hope for better food.

My fiancé and I had a delicious meal here last week! We are definitely "foodies" and love to try different places. We can't speak highly enough about Tavern 1902. The food was incredible!
