“This was our first time at sweet rice Chinese. The food was amazing. It was the best Chinese I have had in a long time. Service was good very nice staff. Definitely going back and I recommend them to anyone who wants a great Chinese dinner.”

Subway

Address: 17 Salem Town Center, Salem, CT 06420, USA

Restaurant

“I like this Subway. Very clean the vegetables seem to be very fresh. The girls are always pleasant.. Just some things to beware of. When getting my grinder sometimes when they cut it, it has left residue from the previous person grinder on my grinder. I have allergies and the person before me must of had something spicy. I just ask them to not cut my grinder anymore. Problem solved. Second thing is some of the girls have Trouble with coupons and the register especially when expired coupons we're given to Anytime Fitness to be used but it confused the person behind the counter and I had lots of trouble using them. Other than that spot on. Also if you live in Salem you will know it's not the restaurant fault for not having a bathroom. Does suck but is what it is.”

The Plum Tomato, Salem, CT

Address: 1 New London Rd, Salem, CT 06420, USA

Meal takeaway Restaurant

“I’ve been going here for a long time. And here’s why. The staff are the most hospitable I’ve ever had at a pizza restaurant. They’re friendly and accommodating. The price is more than the average place, but it is the best pizza in the area by far. In addition to their pie, the pasta plates and desserts are equally incredible. This place puts quality above all else.”

Dunkin'

Bakery Cafe Restaurant

“Great service clean establishment very tasty drinks to my liking”

2 Brothers Pizza

Address: 20 Hartford Rd #10, Salem, CT 06420, USA

Restaurant

“This is the kind of place where everyone knows your name. And considering it's always packed, that says a lot. My wife and I had eaten here once and by our second visit we were already being welcomed as family. The pizza is great, the beer is cold, and the service is quick and friendly. There aren't a lot of frills but it's quality. On top of serving good food, they also support good causes. For example, at the time of this review they were raising money for a highly decorated Vietnam Veteran who needed a service dog. Each night they sold a selection of 16oz beers for $4!! All the money went to support the cause and they were consistently selling out. We always leave here feeling full, happy, and looking forward to our next visit.”
