“Inconsistent at best. Sandwiches are made differently by every person who is allowed to make them. Different amounts of meat, different amounts of lettuce, different amounts of everything depending on who makes your sub / grinder / hoagie, whatever you call your long sandwich. New staff is poorly trained and legitimately makes you question your decision for going there. Only giving three stars for the quality of food, consistency lacking. Your either going to have a rockstar experience or be thoroughly unimpressed. My bet is on the latter.”

The chicken fajitas are delicious and great for people looking to eat a healthy meal. Our server was also very good. The people who seated us weren't the most friendly, welcoming personalities, but they weren't rude either. Maybe they need some additional training. Overall, a great experience though.”

“I don’t usually go to Olive Gardens but on this particular business trip, I found one in Waterford and decided to give it a try. It’s a really beautiful place that mimics a local street in Italy. The food is actually pretty good! The portions were just about right without but being too much or too little. Service came with a smile and the evening ended with a really enjoyable dinner as I imagined myself dining, in the streets of Calabria.”

We came in this evening for dinner while we were enjoying our meal, the staff were yelled and cursed at by a drunken customer, and every single one of the staff handled this with complete professionalism. I must give the manager highest compliments for the way he handled the situation with ease. The food was excellent as always and you have earned a customer for life. If I could give 10 stars I would. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, buffalo wings and boneless honey bbq wings....and this place did NOT disappoint! I love the containers the wings came in, we enjoyed shaking them around ourselves to re-coat everything! The driver was friendly and called when he was headed our way!
