“The first time I ordered the food was very delicious the pizza was cooked perfectly and everything was in the order correctly, the second time everything was very delicious one small thing is they forgot to put the sauce for my fried though however the owner of the restaurant personally came and delivered the marinara sauce with a wonderful piece of cake and a menu with coupons. That’s what I call excellent customer service and great business ! She was very apologetic and I told her I understand and that mistakes happen. I highly recommend Lakewood pizza for all your events or family gatherings when you want gourmet Italian food.”

“I live on the border of West Haven and New Haven, so I have a lot of above average Chinese places to pick from when I'm in the mood. Even though T Bear forgot dumplings in the very first time I ordered from them, I called once I noticed and was told I'd be remembered as the "dumpling man" the next time I ordered and would be given dumplings without charge on my next order, which I felt was a fair compromise. We all make mistakes. Sure as the sun rises in the East, on my next order, I called and introduced myself as the "dumpling man" and was promptly remembered along with the redemptive dumpling agreement. When I went to pick up, I was given my entire order, dumplings including, along with a free iced-tea, which was surprisingly good and refreshing. Food was also delicious and fresh. Dumplings were ok. 5/5 for good food and business ethics.”
