“This was our first time at Bianca. They opened about a month ago. I wasn’t sure at first because there had been so many other restaurants that opened and closed in this spot. And let me say that I was happily surprised. We’ll go back again and again to try the rest of the menu. Lots of options for gluten free as well. The cheese cake was really good. Try the artichoke salad. It’s a great experience but make a reservation because it fills up fast.”

I would personally recommend the pork and brisket combo with a nice cold draft beer; my mouth is watering just thinking about it. The owner is incredibly kind to everyone who comes in - Bacon has become something of a personal friend of ours - as long as they’re not a dork of course, which likely explains the negative review. The restaurant has a strict but understandable no dork policy, which keeps the atmosphere fun and friendly! The wife loves shoving Bacon’s succulent meat down her gullet, and I must say I can’t help but eat like a pig either, LOL! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
