“I have been dining here since I was a young girl and it was Halls and have always loved it. Even when it switched to Mike and Mels I still would enjoy it. But my recent experience was horrible. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever had. Not to mention a hair was found in my pregnant sisters food and we were treated like we were the ones in the wrong. I will never be dining here again.”
