“Very nice casual little Pizza Place. I had a medium Stromboli off their lunch menu. Easily enough for two people. It tasted amazing. Very reasonably price. I will be going back and will be recommending to friends/ family.”

“This was the best ice cream I’ve had in a very long time. The flavors were decadent and creative! The waffle cone was so fresh!! There are so many and they are gracious enough to allow you to sample! The ice cream was rich and super creamy! The coookie crayze was so much fun!!”

“Just opened, first time in... burger, fries, shake.. all top notch, good stuff. Nice to have a little place like this in Greenwood. Limited dine in, but, decent.. Open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner which is great since we don't have a lot of options around here. Order at the counter and they bring your food to you. A little more expensive than McDonald's but everything is a little more expensive these days and it's way better than McDonald's... up there with Five Guys, easily. Overall, very happy with this place and will be eating more burgers, for better or for worse.”

“First, let me say Larry, the regular human bartender, was fantastic! He got our order and was making us laugh the whole time. He was very attentive to our needs and even asked what football game we wanted on. We started with chili and lobster bisque. What the chili lacked in heat was covered by the great taste. The lobster bisque was incredible. I wish I had gotten a bowl instead of the cup it was that good. Cheese curds were very good, big portions. The gyro and spicy chicken sandwich was our main lunch items. The gyro had great flavor, but the sauce was not in the top only in the bottom. The spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy, but it did taste great! The place looks great, although it is a little loud. Will definitely be back to see Larry again!”

“Every time I walk into this place, the employees are so friendly!! The guys at the front, K and Femi are especially great. The whole store looks fresh and clean. I've had several quesadillas that were fresh and well made on the grill as soon as I ordered. My favorite is the chicken, bacon and ranch quesadilla! Thank you for all the hard work!”

“Decided to dine in at the new "Fat Vinny's Cheesesteaks and Pizza" in Selbyville. Ordered a cheesesteak with fries and the hostess was very friendly, cheesesteak was absolutely delicious and the fries could feed three people. Had my order in 10-minutes and I will frequent this restaurant as often as possible.”

“Excellent addition to the neighborhood! Glad to finally have really good pizza near Bayside. The crust is delicious, although there was a bit too much flop. Next time I might order it well done to add extra char and firmness. The ingredients smelled and tasted incredibly fresh. The salads were great too! Highly recommend!”

“4 of us went for dinner on a Saturday evening. Had reservations, and it was busy, so reservations definitely a must. Building resembled an older house, turned into a restaurant. Lots of different rooms to be seated in, we were ushered to the back, a very back large room, lots of tables. Room was a bit odd…no windows and no real style, kind of a mishmash of different lights, ceiling fans, wall hangings. Felt bare, definitely not “cozy” as described on their website. There are benches along the walls, and if you get one of these, the tables are very small, barely big enough for 4 people. We asked if we could sit at one of the tables in the middle which also sat 4 and was larger, but were told “these are reserved”…? (So wait…there is another reservation in addition to our original reservation?). Very odd! One huge downside is the large room we sat in is VERY loud! There are no sound treatments or “soft” items that would help block the echo noise, so it is basically a big square room where the conversation is deafening. The other small dining areas rooms did not have this, so would suggest if you have a hard time hearing in a noisy environment you figure out how to reserve a specific location in addition to your original reservation (which again we had no information that this is an option). Our waitress was very good, always checking in us and apologizing if she was busy, but very efficient and friendly. The menu layout is a bit odd, as on page 1 it lists a special appetizer, then special entree’s, then soups, then salads. After that on page 2 oysters and more appetizers, then sandwiches that are continued on page 3 before the main entree’s selections. The nice thing is they have codes next to all the food that lists possible allergens, with an allergy list in back that lists ingredients…nice! My wife ordered a “field of greens” salad and the shrimp and grits appetizer. The salad is pricey ($15) and when it came out, we saw it is a full sized salad meal…not expected. Same with the shrimp and grits, a normal full sized entree. Would be nice if that was mentioned somewhere, but the prices probably reflect the sizes. Nowhere is it shown you can just get a typical side salad. The upside was the food was very good! Shrimp and grits were amazing, crab cakes were pretty good, the Cast Iron roasted Cod was very simple, light and fresh, perfect if you don’t want a heavy sauce like is on the shrimp and grits. The sides of roasted asparagus and roasted carrots and potatoes were very good. Did not order desert as we were more than full from the meal. Had a bottle of wine with the meal, they do let you know up front if you don’t finish it you can take it with you…that is a nice option if there are just two of you, you want a bottle but don’t want to drink it all. Prices are high, but of course a seafood place at the beach is going to be up there. Spent around $60 per person including the wine. Overall while the food was good, probably would try somewhere else next time. Was not bad, just didn’t stand out. Would I go back…probably not. Would I recommend…sure…just make sure you get a different room to eat in, and understand the appetizers and salads are full sized meals.”

“This place is very nice indeed! They pulled a lady up on stage, put a hat on her and sang Happy Birthday to her! My vegetarian burrito was so awesome!! I actually went back the next day for another! I was not let down! Oh yea, and very spacious!”

“Before I comment about the food I’d like to first leave a compliment about the excellent customer service the Shanty Seafood provides. They are always so friendly on the phone and in person! That’s a big deal for me! We know each other by first name and there’s nothing better than having a personal relationship. The crabs and shrimp are always perfect and they always know what we personally like to order. I love, love, love, the Shanty Seaford!”

“Phenomenal meal, you wouldn’t expect this level of quality from a bowling alley. Try the signature Sporkers, like a sandwich reinvented. I didn’t expect it to be as good as it was. The bread was so great and it might sound weird but the texture of the bread added to the experience. The macaroni and cheese was high quality. Bacon jam took it to the next level. From what I’ve tried, there’s plenty of comfort food that can put you right to sleep. I don’t drink alcohol so I can’t tell you about that side, but if you’re into that kind of thing just try it while you’re eating your favorite choice of signature sporkers. Staff was so nice! Tanya and Nikki helped make the atmosphere and experience even better. There was a nice old bald guy too but I didn’t catch his name.”
