Food was great. Service was a little off, forgot things and made a wrong drink. Hot pot burners are a bit warm at the table but hot pot was fun and novel.

Excellent service and a great experience, if your looking for something different go to Whaley's. Great raw oysters , Japanese red miso soup, was fantastic. Taste with an equal fantastic experience. I must visit if your in DC. Thanks from New York visitors. Check out happy hour at the bar 5-7pm than stay for dinner.

EXPENSIVE!!!!! And not a lot of food for the $175+ I paid. But I will say that the tuna, scallops, etc were very fresh and even though it wasn't a lot of food, it...AMAZINGLY.....filled me and my date. Maybe it was all the broth in the hot pot boil we had or the fact that the Udom noodles were so thick....or the sparkling water (i.e....all the bubbles)....not sure what it was but it was filling. Still, for someone lime me who wants enough actual food...not broth....for a decent price, I would go back again. Just not my thing

This place makes you want to spend money and I mean that in the best way possible. Rarely do you get a high end experience from the hostess to the server to food runner to the food. Ahhh the food! Everyone was so excited and happy to see you. So much detail and thought went into everything. Their training and hiring must be insane. If you are looking to sit back and go for a ride, ask for Brandon. You will not be disappointed.

We went for an anniversary dinner. It's a tiny restaurant on the D.C. wharf. Practically the whole menu is seafood. Everything was fresh and delicious. Also, excellent cocktails! Definitely great for a date. We sat outside which is pleasant and has a nice view. Not family-friendly. Very inexpensive parking in an outdoor lot nearby. Well worth going.
