Very tasty Irish restaurant on the Wharf. I have only been for brunch, but the food quality is generally very good even if the portions could perhaps be larger. The interior decor is beautiful and the location is great in the summer when they open the doors. Good for a quick bite to eat.
Very nice Irish restaurant and bar located in a lively area. The place was very crowded in a Friday evening but I was able to to be seated within 30 minutes. The service was friendly. The food was very good and there is a good beer selection. The prices were a little high but other than that, it was an enjoyable experience.
Went there for a friend's birthday. I had the shepherd's pie and cinder while most of the other folks have the fish and chips. All the food and drinks were good (if sometimes not very traditional), the music was from the 80s, the waitresses were nice and fast, the restrooms were easy to find and clean, the general area is nice and easy to get to via Metro, and the pub itself wasn't too busy for a Monday night.
Absolutely fantastic! Welcomed our party of 11 without hesitation, even on a busy Saturday night. Service was attentive, and the food was exceptional. If you are in that area of DC, it is highly recommended that you go.
Excellent service! Elizabeth was very attentive and took care of making sure we had everything we needed. We came for brunch, and ended up having the Chowder of the day. It was excellent. The steak sandwich is one of the best I've ever had. Complemented nicely by a glass of cider. Excellent place! I will definitely be back.
