Absolutely stunning environment. The Paella was delicious(did lamb). Every plate we had was actually very tasty. Sangria was really good. Staff was very attentive and professional. I would definitely go back. They also served us a complementary desert at end.

Love this place! The ambiance is very modern and upscale. When we arrived, they started the night with serving us a glass of Cava, to help celebrate our special occasion, which was very thoughtful. The waitress was very friendly and very helpful in choosing what food and wine to pair, as well as, describing each plate. Needless to say, the tapas were amazing. Definitely a great place to go for a date, anniversary, or any special occasion.

Del Mar was fantastic. The location and decoration of the restaurant were stunning. The food was top notch. We didn't enjoy every plate, but not because it wasn't well prepared, it just didn't fit our taste bud preference. One plate that we didn't enjoy was very popular among other diners. We could see that the ingredients were of the highest quality, it just wasn't our favorite. But that was the exception. The vast majority of the food was outstanding. The mocktails were incredible. The lamb in the paella was cooked better than any lamb I've tasted. And the mandarin flan dessert was out of this world. Extremely creamy and tasty.

Now to the highlight - the service. Stan was so nice and attentive. He was easy to talk to and make excellent recommendations. Everyone in the restaurant - from the front check in to the last goodbye - was gracious and professional. It was a great dining experience all around. I'll tell my friends about this restaurant and be back soon.

Great restaurant with VERY attentive wait staff. Innovative tapas, scrumptious grilled meats. I'm trying one of the 5-6 paellas next. The bar is stocked with everything. I had the sangria and it was loaded with fresh sweet mixed fruit. Thursday night and the place was packed so it was noisy. Make a reservation, you'll be well served.

We had an absolutely fabulous and unforgettable experience at Del Mar! We were there for brunch on 1/13/19 for a friend's birthday party and we all cannot get over the unbelievable customer service and amount of care we received! Monica, Bosko, Tuba, Andre, were among the folks that made our dining experience beyond memorable. My friend received a card for her birthday and complimentary dessert which was TO DIE FOR and everyone who worked there was super warm, receptive, and dedicated to our experience. I definitely recommend a visit as the decor, the venue, the food, and especially the staff, will leave you feeling the 5 star experience!
