My husband and I visited this location a few days ago and were impressed. We placed our order online and it was quick, fast, and easy to do!
Before going in to pick up our pizzas we were impressed with parking. DC's parking can be really tricky and for this location you wont have to worry about that. We were able to pull up park (on the left hand side, 1hr for free) and had a lot of room to make a quick dash to the front door.
The actual building is small, but it's a pick up and go type of joint. The employee that greeted us did so with a smile, and pleasant attitude!
Our PIZZA was really good. We hadn't Papa John's in a really long time. We are going to have to check them out more often. Keep up the great work and I'll be sure to tell my friends about your location .
Mike took care of me! I wasn't able to place my order online so I called the store at around 11:00 pm because I had a reward to use. The person I talked to first told me to place my order through him then call an online help desk for my reward (and I did), he was no help, but after a good 30mins of calling back and forth with the online help desk and the store I ended up getting transferred to Mike (works at the store). I was told that I had to place my reward order online as a carryout so I don't get charged twice for delivery since I already placed a delivery order. But the store wasn't accepting carryout orders since it was already 11:40pm. From the beginning, my issue was paying twice for delivery and the person I talked to the first time knew that but didn't want to do anything about it, made it sound like he cannot help with any type of online orders or rewards, gave me an online help desk phone number and didn't want to deal with it. Then Mike answered the phone, after hearing what I needed, he just took off one of the delivery charge. It was that simple! It wasn't a big deal but the person before Mike made it seem like it was a huge deal by giving me a help desk number. Mike knew exactly what to do and understood the problem. Thank you again Mike.
Fantastic food. And amazing ambiance. Cesar is a great manager and the team always makes you feel welcome. A great addition to the neighborhood.
I have never had a bad experience here at this store. The staff is always friendly and get my order right the first time. Even with all the things happening at the corporate office, the franchise is still going strong. Don't blame the entire company for the actions of one idiot! Keep making good pizzas and I'll be back.
