The Capital Burger

We were at the DC Motorcycle Show and wanted lunch. The Capital Burger is right on the corner the next block down. The place was packed and after eating the food I can see why. The classic burger was the best I've ever had and the hand cut fries were crispy and hot. We will definitely be back again. Topped the meal off with a Pilsner draft. Yum!

Elegant, modern restaurant with a good vibe. Burger was simple yet perfect. I really liked the complimentary pickles. Kind, fast service. Highly recommend!

Visiting friends in DC who suggested we go here. It was early evening on a cold wet Saturday. We got seated right away. The wait staff was attentive and all the orders came out right. I enjoyed my burger and they had a variety of beers to pick from that weren't all IPAs. Overall it was a good experience.

Had an excellent meal at The Capital Burger. Caleb was our waiter and he was super friendly. My husband loved the steak sandwich Caleb recommend, and I really enjoyed my blue cheese burger. The gouda fries were exceptional, I highly recommend them. The restaurant also has a cool industrial looking bar.

I can't say enough great things about Cap Burger! My company recently bought out the restaurant for a private holiday party. I loved everything about the experience. Matt, the general manager and his team worked really hard to put on an amazing event. Anytime I made a request, they were gracious and made it happen. The bar staff made great drinks and kept up with my thirsty coworkers. The wait staff anticipated all of my needs and the needs of my boss (the most important person in my opinion). And best of all the food was absolutely scrumptious! I couldn't get enough of the crab cake and fried chicken sliders! Of course, I treated myself to lots of crispy french fries and maybe a mason jar or two of banana pudding! I can't wait to go back Cap Burger for happy hour! It's a fun, casual space with a great team of employees.
