Hey hey hey, nice place and good food!

This location is very friendly and welcoming. I've been coming here for a little over a year now every once in a while and I've yet to have a bad experience from the staff. The food is cooked well and my order gets out very promptly. It's a really good burger joint and the custard is excellent all year round.

Quick, delicious, and healthy work-from-home takeaway. I got the harissa chicken box with kale slaw and a side of street corn. Everything was fresh and delicious – will definitely be back!

We almost couldn't find Leon's as the signage is not immediately visible when walking down New York Avenue, but as you get closer, there it is in bright red letters! Very nice. ?

Once inside we were greeted by two staff members. One young lady extremely pleasant, the other a young man. He was alright. ?

I loved the decor ? and layout of the place plus it felt good. Very comfortable. Well done! ✋?

We ordered the fish sandwiches, it was good, but not so good I didn't have to put a little ketchup on it for flavor. I was so hoping it would be amazing. It was at least good, and the arugula gave it a nice touch.

We also had the fries. They were not seasoned, so if you love really good fries,? I would probably not recommend you order these as you'll be very disappointed. I could have drenched them in salt and ketchup, but I decided to see if they'd grow on me, but they did not.

All staff that we encountered after we checked out were very pleasant, and all of the staff we saw going in and out of the kitchen and in the restaurant area seemed very happy and content, which is always a plus to me. Happy staff = great service!

I give four stars only because the fish and fries could have had more flavor/seasoning.

I would, however, highly recommend anyone go to LEON to give it a try. I will definitely go back. I've already decided I will try the falafel next time. ?

Leon is a better-for-you fast-food chain from the U.K. This location is near the Convention Center and the second D.C. location of Leon. It's fast food so expect your food out quickly, even if you come during the lunch rush. They are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a large menu. They have better food options and often include vegetarian and vegan options. Their veggie burger is amazing! Anything you get here will be great. Don't forget to try their locally made baked goods and the craft soda. I crave it!
