Customer Ratings and Reviews

Yes, the food is fantastic. Whether you're getting an impossible burger or proper burger, or frankly any other item on their menu from their fired up chicken sandwich to mac n cheese to tuna melt, you will love whatever you order.

But this review isn't about the food, it's about the customer service. I was in need of a large to-go lunch for my family before my grandmother's flight to Syria. The manager was exceptional in helping me pull it all together, despite being outside their lunch hours. Couldn't recommend Duke's enough--for their food, staff, and service!

Service was average. Beer selection average as well (for today's climate at least.) But the burger and truffle mac 'n cheese were very good; yet a bit oily. The french fries were amazing. My son and I had a great time and would look to go back. Was a good recommendation from the Hive Hotel.

Had a great bottomless brunch. Highly recommend the BLTA! Convenient and comfortable outdoor seating. Perfect way to spend the Sunday afternoon!

Went here for a Sunday meal with a friend. Great beer selection. The Buffalo cauliflower was not breaded which was surprising. I got a pastrami sandwich which was very good and made great leftovers for lunch the next day. Over all good, but not fantastic.

Duke’s Grocery is a cozy restaurant within the 2001 Penn complex. They also have outside dining although the seats are limited. During my visit Duke’s was offering a comfort menu. I ordered the Shepherd’s Pie which arrived within its cookware. The seasoning was just right and had a nice mixture of lamb with potatoes. The restaurant manager was a very affable and welcoming person. However, his server acted like she did not want to be there. Overall, a nice place to grab an informal lunch.
