I had a chance to try “the experience” menu last night and it was truly an experience, for both my palate as well as all my other senses.

Due to covid restrictions we sat outdoors for dinner. The decor( inside and out) was lovely. A lot of places have issues with keeping their outdoor space heated but at 40 degrees outside we were always nice and toasty.

The servers were super attentive and personable. It reminded me of how kind people were when we visited Colombia in the past. They explained all the food items, from what was in them, to the chefs inspirations.

The chocolate exfoliation was a creative Element but my favorite was the lick me and the coffee farm, tree of life and Pantone.

This experience not only tasted amazing but allowed all your senses to be awoken. From seeing the pretty plates, to feeling the chocolate, tasting the interesting flavors, the deep aroma of the ingredients and the great music to set the ambiance.

The meat/fish dishes were also equally good, as were the drinks. We had 3 of the cocktails. All beautifully presented, strong and tasty!

Over all it took 3.5 hours to get through it and we were stuffed! Honestly we were stuffed half way through. I highly recommend eating a very light meal through out the day to make sure you have space for all the deliciousness!

We’ve been to several other restaurants- locally and internationally for tasting menus and I truly enjoyed this one the most!

A bit of a splurge, but totally worth it! Delicious, sexy, and a wonderful experience. In times, when traveling is limited, this provides a new cultural experience. Absolutely fun and worth it!

A 3 hour experience. All the food was awesome and beautiful! Although a lot of the food were one bite courses, but left satisfied! Great for a special occasion date night!

I went on their soft opening and decided to try their 25 course “experience”. The name they offered to this undertaking is very apt. I won’t spoil some of the flourishes but the bells and whistles certainly add to the meal. It could be the fact I haven’t enjoyed a long tasting in a while, but I would put these dishes up against Minibar and Volt’s table 21. Almost all of the courses sing and you end up wandering how they can top the next course. If you go with the 25 course tasting, come hungry. I was close to calling uncle with one more savory course left. Luckily, the desserts were light and refreshing. I can’t wait to bring family and friends to experience this wonderful gem.

Amazing restaurant! I went to the popup and can't wait to go to the actual restaurant when it opens
