I came to DC for a quick work trip and honestly didn’t expect myself to be around the hotel too much, however, to my surprise, all I wanted to do was spend my free time at Hotel Nell. The location itself is a reason to stay here but don’t even get me started on how amazing the overall vibe is.
Chic lobby lush with greenery, great rooftop with amazing views and killer craft drinks, down the block from Pastis, and Union Market. The area really felt like I was in Meatpacking in NYC or Wynwood in Miami. Such thought and care was put into bringing the space to life and it truly made my work trip feel like vacation.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nell and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the lush greenery and beautiful plants that adorned the space. It created a tranquil and inviting atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home.
One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible food. Every meal I had was an absolute delight.
Hotel Nell's rich history added an extra layer of charm to my visit.
The staff at Hotel Nell also deserves special mention. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their warm hospitality made me feel valued as a guest, and I truly appreciated their efforts in making my visit memorable.
I highly recommend Hotel Nell to anyone looking for a unique and remarkable hotel experience. Whether it's the delectable food, the captivating greenery in the lobby, or the fascinating history, Hotel Nell has all the ingredients for an unforgettable stay.
Thank you, Hotel Nell, for providing such a wonderful experience. I can't wait to visit again in the future!
Great hotel. Wonderful interior design. Very, very nice service. From check-in through every contact with the reception... I WOULD ONLY LIKE TO SEE PLACES LIKE THIS ON MY TRAVELS.
The rooms are a bit lacking in light, and there are NOT ENOUGH shelves for cosmetics in the bathrooms. It's a pity that during my stay, there were still private events on the terrace bar. It's a pity, as a hotel guest, I couldn't use it at all.
We stayed at 2 floor, was calm and peace, and i slept well.
Great coffee in the bar on the ground floor! The real thing is brewed in a European-style espresso machine with cream, not just any pour-over coffee. My stay was a success, and I would happily go back there. They were also competitive in terms of prices.
By the way, they had special cabins for REMOTE WORK, which was revolutionary for the USA, I didn't use it, but it will be very useful information for nomads. Apart from that, the atmosphere of the hotel is amazing, the potted flowers and the whole thing is a solid 5 STARS!
This hotel is not as loud as the reviews make it out to be. This hotel is very nice and the staff when I checked in and out were extremely polite. The lobby is decorated in such a cute way and the room I had was as well. The shower was nice and the bed is comfortable. The area it’s in was decent and easily walkable to near by restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely book another stay if we’re in the area again.
