I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during the pandemic and they stick to every Covid rules and regulations possible. I’ve visited 3 hotels during the pandemic and this specific hotel went above and beyond to protect their customers safety using plastic on every door handle, remote control, telephone room, etc.

This hotel is super modern, the light control next to the bed makes everything more simple to control the best/AC and all lights throughout the room.

The kingside bedroom is extremely spacious, the bathroom is huge with more than enough outlets.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The only downfall is that the fridge is fully stocked and cannot be used unless purchasing what’s in there. Also, there is no microwave.

Street Parking can get a little hectic but I’ve always found a parking spot with a little driving around. The parking lot is pricey, I would rather look for a parking spot on the street.

This location has numerous restaurants, bars, entertainment and the view is amazing next to the harbor.

I will definitely be back !!!

I was torn. Nice hotel, very nice room, Very good service, but maybe another area is a better choice. I very much feel like this is a tourist trap. So many reasons, but largely inflated prices that make your stay double the advertised price. $58 valet parking. $30+ dollars for a single burger and fries meal delivered to your room. There is more, I don’t want to be unfair. It is a room at the Wharf. I was satisfied, I wouldn’t do it again. As far as IHGs go, many times they’re old and need a refresh a this one is a lot nicer and newer than many other IHGs. But you get less space. Bed is very nice and the bathroom shower is nice. Furniture and appointments are nice. But stay somewhere else and visit the wharf as a day trip, take a ride share service.

I stayed here for a business party and the staff was great and courteous. Most of the time was spent sleeping and enjoying the garden tub. The level of cleanliness was acceptable, the hotel has impeccable taste when it comes to interior design. The parking was expensive and the king room was smaller than I expected. I'll try the breakfast, gym and stay for 3 days the next time I visit in order to give a more detailed review.
