    The Fresh Food Factory Market is a MUCH needed addition to SE DC. It's located inside the Anacostia Arts Center so the hours are dictated by the arts center, but they still keep reasonable hours. The owner is kind and passionate about breaking through the food desert in Wards 7 and 8.

    The store itself is set up like a small organic market with fresh produce, local products, and other products. You could easily get most of your groceries here and the prices are reasonable for quality goods.

    They sell wine, snacks, fruit, literally almost everything!

    They also teach healthy cooking classes and host other events.
