Blue Gill Quality Food

I have been here twice and they have both been wonderful times. The atmosphere, service, and aesthetic just seem so friendly and enjoyable. The food here has been great and I think they can even go further beyond. Cost can be on the pricier side, but you should expect that for a seafood restaurant. I really do think this is a magnificent place, I just wish they were in a better location. Definitely would pick this place if you're feeling seafood. There are not many like this in Gainesville!

Excellent burger! Troy always takes good care of us. Very chill atmosphere. Good selection of whiskeys. A lot of good food and drink items. A select few beers on tap.

I had the Shrimp and Grits .
I've eaten Shrimp and Grits in hundreds of resteraunts and these are some of the best ever. Only problem is I live in Atlanta and can't get them there .

Good drinks, few vegetarian options (don't taste too great either). Also, had their grilled cheese during a catered event and we had to make the sandwiches ourselves... What??

Edit: thanks for the response, that makes sense though I would imagine it'd be better to ask people ahead of the catered event if that's even an issue (for us it was not).
