Adam's Rib Co.

These are fall off the bone great flavored smoked ribs. I think they are even better when I pick them up after work. I call in an order for a half-slab and it runs about $12. You get about six ribs, plenty for two people if you aren't pigs about it. It is all I really ever order there because they are so good. The veggies I like also are the greens that have a good bit of ham in them, and the baked beans are great. This place is delicious either for dine in or take out. There are two locations NW 13th and SW 13th. Both excellent.

Not really impressed. Ribs tough. Too much salt on fries. Smoked turkey dry. Baked beans good. Potato salad okay nothing special. String beans good but the pork in it over good and no flavor

The ribs are for real. Also the prices were really low for the quality. You can smell the hardwood smoke when you roll up. Collards were cooked perfectly and plenty of meaty bits inside. So many sauces to choose from. I would eat here every day if I could.

Great atmosphere, small and and quaint. Staff is light-hearted and fun. Food is delicious. Tried some of everything. Hard to choose which item I love the best. Very highly recommend Adam's Rib Co

Food is always amazing, on point. I just had my first complaint however. Asked for pork sandwich with slaw, a usual for me. This was the first time half the pork was inedible due to an egregious amount of fat still on the meat. I also usually receive a decent amount of coleslaw, not too much, not too little. This time it was as if I had received three or four ice cream Scoops worth on top of my sandwich. You see I left a 5-star review, because the food is always amazing and the service is always fantastic. I just wanted to bring this to the attention of someone. I will absolutely be back very soon.
