Checkers

Doing the Keto Diet has ruined Checkers for me. Nothing tastes like it use to. I could care less for it now, even their awesome frys! T_T

The employees at this location are nice but it doesn't seem like they have any way to track orders so they are constantly slow and disorganized. I waited with 3 other people at the window last week, kept having to check my order and then wait again to request the missing items, and each time they couldn't or didn't see the 3 drinks on their side. So 3 times I had to tell them a drink was missing and what it was. Then another employee would come to the window and ask again? But 20 minutes is too long to wait for milkshakes while the order you have is just getting cold and the drinks you have are melting. Later in the week I waited in the rain for a similar amount of time. I only went there because the drive thru appeared slow and thought they might put a fire under it since it was raining. Nope. I hope I caught them in a bad patch. Maybe their system was compromised that week or they were shorthanded. But I won't go to this location anymore.

They're fries are A1 and the workers are rather friendly for a fast food chain. Haven't gotten my order wrong yet

Food was hoping and fresh. However it would have been really upsetting to wait over 40 minutes for 1 burger and 1 fry to take 40 minutes and still be cold. However I'd rather wait a few minutes for it to be hot and right. However 40 minutes in my opinion is about double the time I would think acceptable to wait on 1 burger combo.
