“The experience i had at this arby's is unreal. What a great place to have my dinner at that night. I worked all day without anything to eat. I was hungry and tired. I went in to get something to eat and ordered my dinner. Got my dinner went to my seat. A woman and child came in she ordered dinner for the child but did not have enough money to eat herself. I bought her some roast beef sandwich for her . The lady behind the register gave me my money back and bought the sandwich for her. I did not think people cared about other people enough to do that but she said they have a rule in this shop " No one goes hungry if they can help" . Way to go arbys. I just wished that more places felt that way. In all fairness, the lady always comes in there. But it still counts in my book. You guys rock”

“Get a large pizza for 5 bucks or thereabouts (delivery only) or have your fill at the buffet. Either way, this pizza joint fills you up for less, and adds flavored crusts for free! “I've been going to Alice's for years. Even though Alice and Lola have passed on the food continues to still be delicious. Be sure to order one of their biscuits, they are homemade served hot and are yummy. My personal favorite is the breakfast croissant sandwich with crispy bacon, egg over medium( that way the yoke gets in all the cracks of the croissant) & crispy hash browns and a cup of fresh hot coffee. They have some booths but mostly table's. There is a table to your left as you walk in where anybody can sit together. If you're new in town or just by yourself, come in as a stranger and leave as a friend. There is only one problem for me that I don't like and that is, Alice's does not serve breakfast after 11. The next time you're in High Springs, pop over to Alice's”
