“Ever since I have seen aloha I have always wanted to go in and finally have. The food was good and the steak was cooked exactly how I requested it. Only giving 4 stars because of two things. One - the price. I did go during lunch expecting to pay a little bit less than I did and for the portion I think I definitely over paid. And 2 the service. I walked in and no one greeted me for at least 7Min. Finally I was told I would be helped after they were done doing what they were doing and that took about 5more minutes. I understand if you are busy but at least acknowledge that we are waiting.”

“After a whole decade of living in Panama city I finally ate at maddies. BOY THAT FOOD IS ON ANOTHER LEVEL. ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE. To say the food is good is an understatement. You can tell that even with the struggles of the pandemic they cook every meal as if at home for their family. The street tacos are to die for but the specialty items here are mind blowing. Especially for a pretty generic white guy like myself. The wait staff was very nice and helpful both times I ate here (within 24 hours cause yea its that good) and after being told they serve Lengua I will most certainly be back. If you are considering dining here stop considering it and just do it. You won't regret it!”

“I’ve been all around from state to state, and I’ve yet to taste any oxtails better than these!! I come at least once a week, I enjoy it soo much. Very friendly staff & it’s always clean! “HoH has become my "home" bar when I'm in Panama City. It's your typical, welcoming Irish pub, but with some of the best "pub food" I've ever had. The schnitzel is at the top of my list. The bartenders are always friendly and the live music is usually pretty great, too In particular, Dakota, behind the front bar, is one of the reasons my girlfriend and I keep coming back. She always makes us feel like "regulars".”

“This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Panama City for so many reasons! The food is always delicious and you get good portions. My favorite dish is the Chicken Alfredo and my husband loves the Snapper Piccata. They don’t have a kids menu, however they always offer a smaller plate of pasta for our toddler and it’s at a great price. Also the bread is amazing, it’s fresh and soft and I love that they give you free refills. They have cappuccino to die for, so smooth and creamy. The service is good and I really like that the owner is always present. The atmosphere is very nice. The prices aren’t bad either for the quality of food you get!! I could eat here at least once a week, no lie!!”

“My wife and I went to Panama City for a few days to look at retirement possibilities. After driving all day we were hungry. We wanted BBQ, so we Googled a place that was close to our AirBnB. We ordered online and drove over to pick it up. When I walked in it smelled like a BBQ joint is supposed to smell. They gave me my order of pulled pork and smoked pork chop, with sides and dessert, and as I was about to leave Mama Shirley walked in with a 7-Up cake. I already had 2 famous Mama Shirley banana puddings in my bag but I promised to coma back in a day or two. The pulled pork and smoked pork chop were incredible. The banana pudding was some of the best we've had. A couple days later, on a Sunday, we went back and the owner outside smoking some meat. They were closed, unfortunately, but he remembered me and they gave us two pieces of Mama Shirley's 7-Up cake. They are so nice, the BBQ is some of the best we've ever had and we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the PCB area. You will not be disappointed.”

“This is more or less for all locations. Due to COVID, we use online food delivery services at work everyday. Have been for over a year ordering the Famous Philly CHEESE STEAK. now, ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY TOOK IT OFF OF BOTH ONLINE FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES WE USE. So I went to use their online and it is not on their delivery options either. it is on their menu but apparently if I want one, I have to go to an actual location to get it. Looks like I'm eating somewhere else for a while. Two of us order it all the time and are highly disappointed we cant order that sandwich anymore. EDIT: In reply to the owners comment. At the time I wrote this, this sandwich was not available online at all. period. It seems to be now after the fact. So I will change my rating but it does not negate fact that two of us were highly disappointed that day. Overall the food is decent and service is decent.”
