“I have been going to Grills for years and always love it! The food is good,atmosphere is good and the staff has always been wonderful. Except for recently when I visited with my family one evening for dinner,we sat inside,the waitress was awesome but the hostesses were not friendly at all. Not just one,but all were very rude,3 hostesses. They barely acknowledged me,then when they did and gave me the buzzer,they threw it down on the counter and as I said thank you,the girls ignored me,one gave me a dirty look and then they turned to one another to gossip about another hostess that was waking up! My daughter was with me as well and witnessed it and couldn’t believe how rude they were! Was grateful that our waitress was good and the food was good, but the hostesses need to realize that they set an example for the restaurant and atmosphere and how they treat the customers do matter. If I had been a first time customer,I probably wouldn’t have been back just so I wouldn’t have to deal with feeling like a burden when trying to enjoy some time out with my family!”

“First time visiting here and the dining room had one family ahead of us waiting on their food, everyone else had been served. But it wasn’t busy. Was placing our order and told that the food we wanted would take an additional 15 minutes to make, so we decided to order something else that we were told is “ready to go” and wouldn’t take additional time. 20 minutes later, still no food, other people have ordered after us and been served already. When we went to the counter to ask everyone was just standing around and were told that they must have forgot. And that would have been fine, would have been nicer if they just cane out and said it instead of making excuses first then admitting it, but stuff happens. I expected at that point that we’d get our food relatively quickly after that, but more people came and got served their food again. It was just under 50 minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food. Which was a shame because it’s a nice, clean, new restaurant and the food was decent, but the service needs improvement. We did go back and try this place again, and it was a little better. Not “fast” food, and there wasn’t anything that I really would want to go back for. But it’s clean and the location is good. Hope they can work out the kinks.”

“Fast becoming one of my favorites. Combines convenience of ordering fast food style at the counter and benefit of having wait staff deliver your food on a tray. Nicely decorated dining room which is generally quiet and conducive to conversation. No screens with sports or news to distract you from your dining partner or meal. Burgers are as good as Five Guys and if you like cheese this is the place for you. Real Wisconsin cheese, cheese curds, and milk shakes. Having grown up in Rhode Island I love coffee-flavored malted milk shakes. Culver's is one of the few places I've been able to get a proper coffee malt.”

“I had a delicious, custom made BBQ chicken salad. It was very tasty, and at a little over $6, quite reasonable. it's made for people who know their way around, so don't be afraid to ask questions. We found servers very friendly. We discovered this after walking around through the botanical gardens nearby. If you go to the gardens, you should go to the cafe; if you go to the cafe, you should go to the gardens.”

“Just stopped by to grab a couple gifts for friends' children. Good variety for the smaller presents, and nice selection for the various ages. Staff was friendly and helpful, as always. Didn't have the complimentary gift bags they usually have, not sure if they were out or no longer offer them. They were glad to individually bag the gifts with their signature brown paper bags, so the kids were fine with it. They also have good food, but that is a stop for another day.”

“Favorite local place for Thai food. The service is excellent, friendly, and caring, and the food is worthy of a black belt. They offer both Thai and Japanese cuisines with appetizers and soups, too! Curries are always fabulous. I asked our extraordinary server to pick my meal this time, as I almost always order one of three things and find myself quite uninspired to try a different thing when I am actually ordering. She has always taken great care of us (so I trust her and she knew I would not be upset with whatever she brought). Our super server did not disappoint, Yum Nua and Duck Noodle soup were my mystery meal portions and wow! So tasty. And I likely would never have ordered either of them. I am grateful for the variety in food and consistency in goodness! They keep the iced tea glass going, too. I rate this 5 sushi rolls out of 5.”

“I had the Hawaiian Burger. The food itself was very good, albeit prepared a little bit messily. It fell apart pretty quickly, but was made how I asked and tasted great. The waitress was great as well and got my group's order correct even during busy hours. The prices are fair, as well as serving size. The outside seating was well covered even in the rain, and the atmosphere was good but would have been better without the graphic harpoon fishing program that was on the TV. Overall the experience was good and I would definitely visit again in the future.”
