“Not a bad location at all. Prices are a bit high for name brand stuff and such (aka Doritos, lays etc ) but otherwise okay. I do have three key reasons as to why I come here frequently. 1 - Big Gulps are decently priced and after buying six (make sure to register each one to your app, which I'll get too in a sec) you can get a 7th free! 2- Their pizza is GREAT! It tastes so freaking good, and the great thing is that if you only can afford EBT (no judgement here, were all in this together) your in luck! They heat up the pizzas in the building so you can pay for it beforehand! 3 - Their app! Each time you make a purchase, you'll have the option to put your phone number in the machine. Make sure you make an account with that number attached beforehand and then Everytime you make a purchase attach it. Every time you buy a Big Gulp it'll add 10 points and one piece towards a free drink. It takes 800 points to get a small prize and six pieces for a free drink. So do as much saving as you can cause it also gives you special deals for your nearest location! (Requires letting it know your location.)”

“Awesome customer service! You don't expect that at most gas stations these days. I was so impressed I had to write a review. I had no idea what I was looking for, mom sent me on a mission. But the clerk, receipt said Tim, gave me so much info, suggestions, and didn't make me feel rushed. He took his time to make sure I got what I needed. He made me feel comfortable enough that if I made the wrong purchase he offered for me to come back and he would make sure I got the right item. Thank you to evening employee that worked 5/27/2019.”

“Valentino's NY Restaurant is excellent! No complaints. I've been eating from this place for about 14 years. I love it, every time. Their fresh N.Y. style pizza, their dinner meals, subs, and mozzarella sticks. All fabulously delicious! They even deliver around dinner time. One is in the Sears town mall, the other is in the Publix Plaza on Garden St. I love them both.”

“The pizza is okay for a chain take out and if you want a simple one they have two types of hot and ready. The bacon wrapped Pizza was pretty good. I have not tried it but if you order through their app you can grab your completed order from a dispenser rather than waiting in line at the register.”

“Great subs. Very good customer service. We also sit down and eat in. Husband couldn't finish his sub and an employee was walking by and asked if he wanted to take it with him. Gave him take out tray. I noticed customers getting theirs to go. They are in and out in no time. I come here instead of getting fast food.... even though they are fast. Just a better option. And thanks for always welcoming us even though that blower is loud and we can't hear you guys.”

“**UPDATE**. 05/13/2019 After our last visit and updated review I was called by the Hugo the Store Manager. He showed true concern for our bad experience and offered a replacement pizza and said he will be dealing with the bad customer service I received when I called in. So tonight we got our remedy pizza. It was good and properly made. Thank you Hugo!!!! **UPDATE** 04/26/2019 We gave a 2nd chance tonight and they failed immensely. We ordered a bacon wrapped deep dish. We got a greasy blob of dough and most of the bacon was missing. I tried to call for a hour. We gave up through the pizza in the trash and got burgers from Wendy's. I finally got ahold of the manager who told me she wouldn't do anything for me if I didn't go dig it out of the dumpster and bring it back. I offered to show her the pictures I took but she didn't want to see those. So I promised her I'd share them here with you and the corporate office and she just got sassy. This will be our last time here until they change management and properly train the staff to make a proper pizza. As well as show customers respect and accept and correct criticism. We paid for extra ingredients but didn't receive them. The staff need to work on their skills in all aspects of their jobs. The pizza was ok and we'll give this location another try but if things aren't better it'll be Digiorno from now on.”
