That honey is so unique and rich; can't wait to buy more. Greek olives are amongst my favorite fruit and I grabbed a jar curious to see what flavor they had because sometimes store bought (in big chain stores) are terribly disappointing. These are delicious beyond expectation and next time I will purchase 2. When we were leaving, there was also a gorgeous blue glittery butterfly that crawled on me. I was greeted by a surprised owner who had only left the door open to move in equipment. Not only did he not turn us away this retired 28 year NYPD street cop served me and my family of 5 the best Italian ice I have ever had in my life!!! Absolutely fantastic , great quality... “The manager Angie is rude, unethical, and has absolutely no communication skills. I go there every morning and everyone is always awesome especially Linda. Linda is always smiling and friendly. I lost my card there and went to go get and Angie was training there wasn’t any coffee, she was doing inventory and acted like I was bothering her, and I went back and Linda gave my card back to me. I spoke to Angie about my card, she lied, had an attitude, and got loud. The only reason I’m giving it three stars is for the rest of the staff that makes the store a welcome store.”

“JUST returned home from making a visit to this location. I'm a lifetime local and have been a regular customer of this particular location for over a decade. Honestly, my typical customer service experience here is abysmal to mediocre at best, with cashiers having an unpleasant attitude, or seemingly flat-out hating their job. I visited this store this morning after I first visited the 7 Eleven location down the road on Clearlake to be told they did not have my preferred cigarettes in stock at this time (after asking was told the next shipment is due to arrive in the next day). When I entered the second store I stepped right up to the counter and positioned myself in front of the clerk whom I could see was crouched just behind the counter taking care of inventory. I waited a brief moment, and a gentleman also approached the counter right next to me, not behind me. I politely called the clerk's attention, completely understandable she couldn't see me from where she was. Immediately the clerk acknowledged me and quickly prepared to start handling transactions. Unfortunately, the gentleman who had come up to the counter next to me attempted to allow the clerk to unknowingly serve him completely out of turn. I was then awkwardly forced into announcing the fact I was waiting there first. NOT ANY FAULT OF THE CLERK. The "gentleman" should have spoken up and been honest. I was quite pleased to not receive any attitude regarding the situation, and the clerk seemed happy to make sure she had the correct brand of cigarettes for me. I felt comfortable to let her know she was a lifesaver, and that this was my second stop to get these cigarettes and I was so grateful this store had them in stock! The clerk was absolutely nothing but kind, and my impression is she sees some importance in providing a pleasant customer service experience. All things considered, this was an exceptional visit for me, and I DO hope this lovely young woman (I wish so badly I had gotten her name!) behind the counter at 0600 Tue, January 21 can be made aware of how happy she made me! Thank you!”

I do have three key reasons as to why I come here frequently. 1 - Big Gulps are decently priced and after buying six (make sure to register each one to your app, which I'll get too in a sec) you can get a 7th free! 2- Their pizza is GREAT! It tastes so freaking good, and the great thing is that if you only can afford EBT (no judgement here, were all in this together) your in luck! They heat up the pizzas in the building so you can pay for it beforehand! 3 - Their app! Each time you make a purchase, you'll have the option to put your phone number in the machine. Make sure you make an account with that number attached beforehand and then Everytime you make a purchase attach it. Every time you buy a Big Gulp it'll add 10 points and one piece towards a free drink. It takes 800 points to get a small prize and six pieces for a free drink. So do as much saving as you can cause it also gives you special deals for your nearest location! (Requires letting it know your location.)”

“I went in to buy a single lighter. I am 21 years old. I was asked if I had an I.d. I did not. Annoying as hell, but fine. Whatever. I go out to the car and tell my boyfriend he'll have to go in with his i.d. he goes in, come back and says he wasnt asked for an i.d. If this is a 7-11 policy then they simply need to get rid of it.
