Applebee's Grill + Bar

We were going to order today called had birthday coupon which is BOGO spoke to manager said not taking coupons. I explained that I am on Food stamps with no income and still trying to support businesses and also tipping extra but she still said no and this is from corporate. I said all other restaurants I have been to are taking birthday coupons. She still refused. I said I would post this on Facebook and review she then yelled at me and I wear hearing aides so when I say yell I mean it. I had to hold the phone away from my ear and finally had to hang up. They also are not offering any discounts and other restaurants are. I have been a long time customs but never again! Update today got call from Jim said policy changed due to circumstances and all coupons will be accepted. Thanks so much for listening and your prompt response. See you again, glad it's resolved.

Great food..great dessert..good parking..very clean and affordable prices.

I frequent this superb place often because I enjoy the special air that is outline this restaurant. The staff is highly cordial and professional. The service is absolutely quick. Needless to say, the food they prepare is magnificent. I have been there many times and I was always joyful. The expense is reasobable. I highly suggest this place to to everybody.

Had not been to applebee's in ages so went for New Year's Eve at 6 pm - not crowded got seated quickly. Good prices for dinner specials. Ordered baked potato - mine was not cooked enough and my friends was perfect. Broccoli salty and long island ice tea a bargain at $1 but too sweet i added water and it was fine. Everyone else enjoyed their dinners, we were six.
