Phat Boy Sushi, Kitchen & Bar - Coral Springs

Hands down the best sushi I've ever had in my life. All the fish was so fresh, it melted in your mouth. The rice was perfect, fluffy and airy but it still held it's shape. The combination of the fresh fish and perfect sushi rice along with skilled sushi chefs made this an A+ experience. And the service and atmosphere was top notch too. If I lived in the area this would be my number one spot for sushi.

Delicious sushi in an upbeat and modern environment. Service is great and very attentive. Food does take a bit longer on average than your typical sushi restaurant. This is most likely due to a majority of their specialty rolls being cooked well; not fried/microwaved like the competition. Here you will find the favorites and some very unique rolls as well. Try the Samurai roll, it incorporates delicious spicy fish with seared steak adding a new level of depth to the boring sushi roll. I highly recommend this place!

The sushi is amazing. The service is great but it does take a while to get your food once you order. 2 times we've gone its been an unusual ling wait but the quality of the food is worth the wait.

Wow wow wow! One of my all time favorite sushi spots. This place is amazing. The sushi is so fresh and delicious. The ambiance is very nice and the staff is always very attentive. Love this place, highly recommend it.
