Kaluz Restaurant

I'm new to yelp sorta, but I do go out often. I went to Kaluz on a recommendation from a friend who swears by it. My wife and I brought another couple with us and we had just such a great time. Someone suggested we have the Calamari and also the Guacamole, and they were spot on. It was delicious. Our server was Patrick and that guy was just unreal. He was extremely attentive, he had great energy and he made our experience that much better.

From the valet to the waiter, the service was great. The food is awesome! My wife and I were visiting Ft. Lauderdale by the sea and happened to see Kaluz by the drawbridge. Robert, our waiter, was exceptional. We have special dietary restrictions making eating out more of a chore for us. This was not a problem at Kaluz. Robert explained everything to us and ensured we had a meal worth remembering.

Food was delicious! The chicken lollipops had a lot of meat on them and yummy. The kebab platter was great. Asked for a medium steak with just a little pink in the middle and they actually delivered. The steak ended up being perfectly cooked and the grilled veggies were a delight.

a truly aesthetic place to eat. this place is gorgeous inside and out. i ordered the ny strip with truffle butter and lobster mac & cheese. out of this world! hands down the best meal i have ever had. i hope to introduce Kaluz to my family when they visit from New Jersey!

Wife and I celebrated a birthday dinner with family. We were not pleased with the seating when we arrived. We made reservations and were seated next to a clear container that housed wet towels for the bus boy or wait staff to clean off tables. Everytime a waitstaff or bus boy walked by to changed their wet towel, my wife and I would get wet from the splashes. I informed the hostess and were relocated to the next table over. We kept our same waiter and he was very knowledgeable of the menu but spoke too fast. We were seated across the bar which made it hard to hear our waiter. Our food was amazingly delicious. Our party was very happy with the crab cakes, salad, barbecue ribs, loaded potatoes, and rib eye steak. The lemonade needed more sugar and the coke was a bit watered down. We had a good time and the service was superb. My wife and I recommended this place after we experienced the food last February on our wedding anniversary. Large portions, food seasoned to perfection, fast service, knowledgeable staff, and diverse atmosphere. We will be back!
