Excellent service. Our chef was a female from Miami forgot her name. Awesome food well prepared,very funny interact with everybody. My true best friend (tbf) we have celebrate our birthdays in August for the last 10 years at Benihana ( have every photos) The very very best and also the hostess was excellent!

Both sparkles and Nicole are not paid enough. I watched every other table and while the chef's did their job they did only their job while Nicole and sparkles were totally unique.

Sparkles didn't just cook for us she performed for us making sure everyone was attended to.

By reading the reviews I can tell you one thing. Sparkles and Nicole carry this restaurant on their back by outperforming any other chef I've been served by.

Sparkles’ dining experience has revitalized me as a man. Nicole was an excellent foil to Sparkles’ tenacity. The best dining experience of my life. It has made me want to be a better man. Thank you Sparkles and Nicole.

It has been a few years since we came here and it was time to see if it still had the great food and fun we remembered. It certainly did and Tony, our chef, made it even better. He can chop, fry and fly a lemon into the air, and catch it on a fork at the same time. It is a great way to have a birthday party with close friends and entertain them at the same time as you get them to taste some great food. The restaurant was full of happy customers who joined in as the waiters sang Happy Birthday in English and Japanese.
